Terms of service

• We ship to the continental US.
• We practice proper sanitation methods during the dividing process to assure all tubers are disease free.
• We have a scrupulous identification method to make sure your tubers are what you ordered.
• Shipping from us will be sometime from mid-April to early May so there is no risk of freezing during transport. Weather dependent.
• Local pickup can be available in west Michigan, please email us for arrangements.
• If it is in your cart and not available at checkout we have no control over that, it is the way this website works.
• Shipping costs are as follows:
•   $1 to $49.99 shipping is $12.00
•   $50 to $99.99 shipping is $18.00
•   $100 or greater shipping is free

Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your product if there is any issue and we will do our best to resolve it for you. 

We are sorry we do not issue refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed with us.

We only ship healthy tubers with visible eyes to our customers. Please be patient as some varieties may take longer to eye up than others but if it questionable it stays on the farm and does not get sent to you.
